The video is in Malay language as the debate took place in the 12th Parliamentary session between then Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar (Pakatan Rakyat) and then Minister/ Senator Raja Nong Chik (Barisan Nasional).

Nurrul Izzah Anwar asked the minister if he could agree on reducing the interest rate of 6.5% paid by the poor on housing loan on which Raja Nong Chik replied reducing the interest rate of 6.5% to 2.5% made up only a difference of RM 80 (Which he believed no made no significant difference) but RM 80 does mean something to the poor.
